NIRAN

Terms of sale

Last updated: 8 November 2026

These terms govern the purchase of the NIRAN tax report on niranchain.com, provided by CORE NEXTGEN SL (Tax ID B09612698, C/ Trucha 9, 5º A, 18015 Granada (Spain); info@niranchain.com). You must accept them before paying and must be at least 18 years old.

1. What you buy

A licence to access the full tax report for one country and one tax year, usable with up to 10 wallets. Before paying you can see how many transactions were analysed and which networks, if any, could not be read. All other NIRAN features are free. In some countries the report is free and for guidance only, as shown on screen.

2. What the report is and is not

3. How to buy

  1. You enter your wallets, country and tax year, and NIRAN prepares a preview.
  2. You tick the acceptance box and press the purchase button.
  3. On Stripe’s secure page you review the amount, can correct your details and confirm the payment.
  4. The report unlocks once payment is confirmed and you receive a confirmation email with the access link.

The contract is concluded in Spanish or English, depending on which version of these terms you read. We keep the purchase details, and you can ask us for a copy at any time.

4. Price and payment

The price is shown before purchase, including taxes, and is €59 per country and tax year. It is a one-off payment, with no subscription or renewal. Payment is handled by Stripe, and CORE NEXTGEN SL never sees or stores your card details. Stripe issues the receipt or invoice for the purchase.

5. Access

The report opens in the app and through the link in the confirmation email. Access continues for as long as NIRAN remains in operation; if the service were to close, we would give advance notice so you can save your report. Keep the email: anyone with that link can use your licence.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance purchase. The report is digital content not supplied on a physical medium and delivered immediately. So before paying we ask you to expressly request immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, under article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and the equivalent rules of Directive 2011/83/EU, you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the report is unlocked. We confirm this in the purchase email. This right does not apply if you buy as a business.

7. Conformity and refunds

If the report cannot be generated because of a fault on our side or does not conform to what you bought, write to info@niranchain.com. We will fix it or, if that is not possible, refund you. Consumers have the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content, which lasts two years for one-off supplies in Spain and at least the minimum period set by the law of your country of residence. Missing transactions you did not provide, or a network the pre-payment notice already showed as unavailable, are not a lack of conformity.

8. Free features that involve transactions

9. Liability

CORE NEXTGEN SL is not liable for market losses, for failures of or attacks on third-party protocols and networks, or for decisions you make using the information shown. Towards businesses, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, liability is limited to the amount paid for the report. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives consumers or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Availability and changes

There may be interruptions for maintenance or causes beyond our control. We may update these terms: each purchase is governed by the version in force when it is made.

11. Complaints, law and jurisdiction

We handle complaints at info@niranchain.com. CORE NEXTGEN SL does not participate in any consumer arbitration scheme or alternative dispute resolution body. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory protection of your country of residence. Consumers may go to the courts of their place of residence; businesses submit to the courts of Granada.
