1. Website owner

Under article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the website niranchain.com and the NIRAN service are owned by:

NIRAN is the brand under which CORE NEXTGEN SL provides this service.

2. Purpose

NIRAN lets you look up public wallets on several networks, see holdings, permissions and risks, understand transactions, simulate scenarios, prepare transactions that you sign yourself, receive email alerts and prepare a crypto tax report by country.

3. Use of the site

Access is free and needs no account. Report purchases are governed by the Terms of sale. You must use the site lawfully and must not try to interfere with it or bypass its technical limits.

4. No custody and no advice

NIRAN does not hold private keys, does not receive or hold funds and cannot move your crypto-assets: you sign every transaction in your own wallet. CORE NEXTGEN SL is not a financial institution or an authorised crypto-asset service provider. What NIRAN shows is general information and automated calculations: it is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

5. Intellectual property

The NIRAN brand, logo, site design, software and content belong to CORE NEXTGEN SL or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or altered without express permission.

6. Liability and links

Data comes from blockchains and third-party services and may contain errors or delays. CORE NEXTGEN SL is not liable for interruptions due to causes beyond its control or for the content of linked third-party sites or protocols, which have their own terms. None of this limits the rights the law gives consumers.

7. Personal data and cookies

Data processing is described in the Privacy policy and browser storage in the Cookie policy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Businesses submit to the courts of Granada. Consumers may go to the courts of their place of residence and keep the mandatory protection of their country of residence.
