Privacy policy

In short: NIRAN doesn’t ask you to sign up, never holds your money and doesn’t sell your data. This policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.

Your email is only needed to buy or to receive alerts; without it we cannot provide those features. We make no automated decisions with legal effects on you and do no commercial profiling. We don’t send advertising.
3. Recipients
We don’t sell or share your data. These providers are involved:
- Dinahosting S.L.: hosting of the site and data, in Spain.
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland): payment and invoicing. It receives your email and payment details, which we never see. Stripe acts under its own privacy policy.
- Blockchain data services (PublicNode, Blockscout, Etherscan, DefiLlama) and, if you request a swap, KyberSwap: they receive the address looked up and the technical details of the transaction, never your name or email. Your browser connects directly to PublicNode when preparing a signature, so that service also sees your IP.
Some of these services may be outside the European Economic Area. Stripe applies GDPR safeguards to those transfers. We only disclose data to authorities when the law requires it.
4. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@niranchain.com. You can complain to your country’s data protection authority; in Spain, the AEPD.
5. Security and age
Communications are encrypted and data is kept on a server with restricted access. NIRAN is intended for people aged 18 or over.
6. Changes
If we change this policy in a significant way, we will say so here with its new date.
